When advertisers run ads, they must have an active account with funds to pay for the impressions. Due to the way that ads are paid for, advertisers must have enough funds in their account to keep the service going. When those funds run out, the advertiser is at risk for getting their account suspended. This ultimately stops the marketing campaign.
An advertiser order form is a document that’s used to facilitate the transfer of funds into an advertiser account. The advertiser needs to fill out the form before their current funds run out. If the form is not submitted, advertisers cannot run new ads and their current ads will not be shown to potential customers.
