What is Applet?

An applet is a small piece of software that’s designed to perform a very specific task. They are used on websites to do a range of tasks. They may be responsible for displaying a picture, creating a pop-up graphic, or showing an ad. Whatever the case may be, applets are an important part of modern website development.

Applets can also be used to perform tasks that aren’t on the front-end of a website. Applets play a big part in performing searches and running databases as well. In affiliate marketing, applets can also be used to automate the user experience. For example, applets are responsible for performing all of the basic functions of an affiliate link. When a web user clicks on your link, the applet takes them to the merchant’s site while also installing a small cookie on their browser to help you get credit if a conversion is made.

My name is Jamie Spencer and I have spent the past 5 years building money making blogs. After growing tired of the 9-5, commuting and never seeing my family I decided that I wanted to make some changes and launched my first blog. Since then I have launched lots of successful niche blogs and after selling my survivalist blog I decided to teach other people how to do the same.
