While most advertisers rely on affiliates to create some organic marketing through high-value content, they may also provide some additional tools to help make a sale. These extra promotional tools are referred to as creatives.
A creative can come in many different forms. The most common type of creative is a graphical banner or text link. Other examples include website badges, unique pop-up adverts, animated graphics, or copy. The material is designed to be used alongside the content you create.
It can be integrated into your blog post to further entice visitors and provide some extra flair. Many advertisers and companies will offer creatives to affiliate members, though they are not always required.
